Excursions and Trips at our Summer Camps
Students staying for more than one week will be offered 2 full-day excursions. These excursions are included in the overall *course price.
Excursions are an important and compulsory part of the programme and enable students to visit London (optional) and other places of cultural and historical interest, go to the seaside as well as provide an opportunity for recreational activities and shopping. Following a busy week at school, weekend excursions allow students to enjoy their new friendships in a more informal, genuine and relaxed setting. On Saturdays and Sundays, students can choose between two options depending on their previous visits and individual preferences. While we do our best to accommodate students’ preferences, some options are subject to minimum and maximum numbers and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
*All excursions are fully supervised by our experienced staff. Packed lunches will be provided. Many venues, including theme parks and the Emirates Stadium are now cashless so we recommend students have a debit card if they want to make purchases.
Recreational Trips - (SATURDAYS)
The Saturday trip is more recreational and offers students the chance to relax, enjoy their new friendships and have a day of adventure or fun, such as:
Arsenal Stadium (for football students - All venues)
Enjoy a behind-the-scenes trip at the Emirates Stadium, home of Arsenal Football Club. Experience walking in the footsteps of the Arsenal first team on a match day, emerging from the changing rooms onto the pitch while learning more about this historic club, their famous “Invincibles” season, and their incredible record of 14 FA Cup wins. Students will also have the opportunity to visit the Museum and Arsenal Store
THORPE PARK (Clayesmore)
Brighton (Worth & Seaford)
Portsmouth (Worth & Seaford)
