Summer Camp Accommodation
All accommodation is modern, comfortable and includes individual storage.
Accommodation in the boarding houses considers the students’ privacy, sex, age, and special requirements.
All bedrooms are typical private boarding-style accommodation. A good standard of functional, clean and comfortable rooms of varying sizes with regularly cleaned shared washroom facilities with cubicles or curtains.
A House Parent is in charge of each boarding house with other staff bedrooms spread around the accommodation (so that, in an emergency, a staff member is always close by).
Most accommodation is in shared rooms and small dormitories, with a very limited number of single rooms available. Some rooms contain bunk beds.
All bed linen is provided and will be laundered regularly, however, students are asked to bring their own towels.
Provision for (environmental) allergies or other specific needs
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and at least two weeks before the start of camp, if your child has specific needs regarding the accommodation such as requiring hypoallergenic bedding materials or being roomed close the bathroom facilities.
All bedrooms are carpeted!
Room sharing / Non-sharing requests
Should you have any specific room sharing or non-room sharing requirements, we will always do our best to accommodate them.
Please ensure that you make this request by telephone or email to our Head Office at least two weeks before the start of camp. Contact us at admin@exsportise.co.uk for any such requests.
Please note that we only have a certain number of rooms and health and safety regulations must be followed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee all room-sharing requests but will always try to help.
BEDTIMES
All students must be in their rooms between 21:00-22:30 and lights out between 21:30 – 23:00, depending on their age.
