Exsportise Summer Schools 2024: A Season of Success and Celebration!

2024 was another incredible year at Exsportise, where we welcomed students from all over the world to our beautiful boarding schools. With the support of over 200 Team Orange staff members, of whom 55% were returners, our camps operated with unmatched enthusiasm and professionalism. This year, we delivered 690 hours of inspiring English tuition, 1845 hours of expert coaching, and 161 evenings filled with fun and engaging entertainment for our students. Here’s a look at some of the key highlights that made this summer unforgettable.

A Global Community: Welcoming 80 Nationalities

This summer, Exsportise welcomed more nationalities than ever before, with students representing over 80 different countries. This diverse and multicultural environment fosters an "Olympic village" atmosphere, where young people from all corners of the globe come together, share experiences, and learn from one another. The rich blend of cultures at camp creates not only an engaging learning environment but also a sense of global community, adding to the special bond that defines the Team Orange family.

Student Satisfaction: 4.5 out of 5 Stars!

Based on feedback from over 3,000 students, we achieved an impressive 4.5 out of 5-star rating for student satisfaction. Over 90% of students expressed interest in returning for another summer, which speaks volumes about the positive impact Exsportise has on young people. From the top-tier coaching to the lifelong friendships made, we’re thrilled that students leave with memories they’ll cherish and a desire to come back for more. We can't wait to welcome many returners in 2025, ready to create even more unforgettable experiences together.

Exceptional Staff-to-Student Ratio and 24/7 Welfare Support

One of the pillars of our success is the exceptional staff-to-student ratio of 1:4, ensuring that every child receives the individual attention they deserve. Our dedication to welfare is second to none. With a team of medical officers, house parents, and a welfare manager, we provide 24/7 support to ensure students feel safe, cared for, and supported throughout their stay. This commitment to welfare was once again recognised when we were awarded El-Gazette's prestigious “Centre of Excellence” for 2025, reflecting our continued focus on high standards.

High Staff Retention: The Heart of Team Orange

Our camps wouldn’t be the same without our incredible staff, many of whom return year after year. In 2024, 55% of our staff were returners, especially in senior positions, ensuring a continuity of leadership, passion, and expertise. This consistency allows us to maintain the high standards we’re known for, with our staff working closely with students to offer personalised attention and support—a key reason why so many parents and agents trust Exsportise.

Five Prestigious Schools

This summer, we operated at five of the UK’s most prestigious boarding schools, each offering a unique and stunning backdrop for our camps. From state-of-the-art sports facilities to beautiful grounds, these schools provide the perfect setting for learning and adventure. Our camps were subject to eight inspections from the British Council and the British Activity Providers Association (BAPA), all of which were positive, commending our commitment to excellence and safety.
